Spotify Playlist Plays

So I'm thinking about
- New Artist account
- New Release every week
creating a playlist of about 20 - 30 random artists' song ( similar genre ) tracks in it and add mine as well and buy the streams for that playlist. Is it a great method to not get caught?

Not a great method for making money but it can give thousands of streams everyday to become famous. Any advice on how many tracks I should include in a playlist and mine in it and also how many streams a day for playlist I should go for?

I mix nature sounds, put midi behind it, nothing special.
