Spotify monthly listeners question

When you go to a spotify artist page, on top you can see the monthly listeners count.

My question is, say you get 1,000 monthly listeners on the 1st of February. Do those go away on the 1st of March (after 1 month = 30 days)?

The Spotify's Monthly Listeners Counter is based on 28 days period (If I'm not mistaken. But definitely not 30 or 31). So, at the expiration of the mentioned time, your counter will be refreshed.

I believe the cutoff is 28 or 29 days then they update the amount of listeners.

It turns clear that Spotify calculates in time-windows. Last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 28 days (a moon month so to say). The time window moves one day at a time
