Spotify money maker.

I've met one guy, he's starting from zero, but due to fake promotions has increased number of streams, followers and other stuff. But, since he has used fake promotions - after some time his account was blocked by Spotify.. Don't exactly if it's really profitable udia. Anyway, I'm sure that due to real SEO promotions you can see the better result

I think that it is a numbers game, just like ig and yt, the account would really only need to survive for 2 months, or even one, because yoi can get the payout after 45 days.
 
There was an artist that got called out for this recently (https://www.okayplayer.com/culture/french-montana-fake-streams.html), so it's definitely doable. Looking at the tweets from the thread mentioned (https://twitter.com/karlamagne/status/1212770395729870849?s=20), people were complaining the song was playing randomly on their account, so those streams weren't 100% fake, which Spotify has gotten better at detecting.

I know there's a platform that lets you send a link to fans and when they click it adds your song(s) automatically to their playlist. I wish I remembered the name, but I'm guessing he used a loophole in the api or somewhere to make it work.

The real question is, is there a way for spotify to actually detect fake plays. Cause from my daily stats, they look absolutely real.
 
They either ban your account or don't count the fake hits. The question i'm asking myself is spotify pay for unique plays or raw ones?

They pay for all plays, even if the same user plays on loop. Before buying plays i looped it on my own account, and the revenue was about 1$ per 1000.

After they got burned for that 1 mil, I'm sure they invested heavily in closing that loophole, especially after it went public.

From what I've heard, they know what percent of streams should be premium/free users. Ex: 15% premium, 85% free. So if your streams are coming from 100% free, it'll throw up a red flag on their end. I'm assuming they can also track by device, screen size, app version, and all the obvious stuff they should've been doing from the start. But it's possible your supplier has all of that taken care of and you'll fly under the radar. You might want to reach out and see if they can provide any insight, or just test small amounts and see how it works for you.

Well my account is premium, but family plan.
For free accounts i have no idea right now, if you want to i can tell in this thread after i get that info from my tests. If my supplier really has premium accounts playing it, then its a profit . I know it sounds too good to be true, but maybe its just that easy, we have no idea how many people are doing this.

I assume that the supplier has taken care of device/screen size/ etc. But he told me that they come from a mix of free and premium users. I am currently testing them, so hope for the best, and if not then i will just change my method

If it works, i want to tell everyone this, because sooner or later it wont work the same, and i would rather 100 of us do this method than myself alone.

I am in process of testing the spotify royalty system, by buying fake listens and in the end receiving more money from spotify than spent on listens. Kind of like sending fake traffic to ads.

maybe you are not aware that is pure fraud, you can get here real legal troubels from spotify or the distributor, spotify changed last summer they‘re tos, where self streaming is now declared as fraud, if you use servers this is a red flaf for spotify and they won‘t pay you. before you waste your time and money with this, try better to generate your music promote it and earn good money, invest your effort and energy for long term projects, and it will long term be better for you, just my 2 cents.
