At the beginning of 2024 Distrokid informed me that one of my singles was removed because Spotify detected the use of bots (or fake playlists boosted with bots). Since then I have avoided uploading new content and using SMM Panels for fear of my entire Artist account being deleted. How is the situation today? Have there been any changes?

Does anyone use panels without problems or with specific criteria? I'm not interested in royalties but I would like to maintain a certain consistency with the numbers I've achieved so far, I'm afraid to release a single that remains under 1000 streams. I wish I could do about 3/4k of it without taking too many risks. I currently have 40 monthly listeners. And thats also sucks, because in 2023 i closed the year with 8K.

I recommend you to try to spam content on social media, one of my friends had a similar situation, you have to be original, create cringe tiktoks and promote your music since spotify's algorithm isn't promoting your work, you have to build a mini fanbase that engages with your posts, listens to you, comment and share your content, and little by little spotify will put you in algorithmic playlists and so on.
