Every now and then, someone always hacked my Spotify account and change the email.

This is the second time, I don't even know what to do at this point.

maybe have access to your email? you should check that and enable 2fa in both your accounts just to be sure, try to use another device to make those cahnges as TheMarquis says could be also malware in your computer.

I use chrome browser, and I don't have unknown extension. As for the malware will check for it.

Yes i think someone gain access to my mail, should have put 2fa for more security. I only login on two devices my PC and spotify app.

Make sure to change your password asap and turn on MFA!
 
Let me guess, you use cracked windows? Those are laced with super bad stuffs. Better just switch to linux if you want to use a free os.
 
Do malware scan and after change passwords (not change first passwords before scan or hacker might get your new one).

start using youtube to listen to music, spotify sucks anyway
 
Just change password and click on sign out on all devices then you'll be good to go
 
I have contacted customer support, and it has been resolved. Thanks to everyone.

Op looks like your email is compromised! i would suggest using a freshly created email! If that fails connect your fb account to spotify, that way you login using fb.
