It finds the difference of the images, and then changes the color in places where the difference is above some threshold.

Very nice! This was quite tricky, I had trouble finding some. Did you use the clone-stamp tool?

It was a 50/50 split between clone stamp tool and healing brush? Tool? One that looks lie a band-aid
