Sports Betting JV

I have an idea (not a brand new idea but it will make us money nevertheless if done right). It will involve free sports betting to win real cash (you may know of a couple of these sites - definitely not an "industry" that is saturated at all. I only know of 2 big ones). These things can go viral VERY quickly via ref sign-up links.

PHP & RSS feed knowledge would be GREATLY preferred.
