Only when you grow to a certain level, you might get invited to some dinner or party to know you more. if not, they will just chat and follow up.
Europe, can try 10 bet, no issues so far. prompt payment after send invoice to them.

In Bet365, if you get more registrations from your affiliate link, after some days they are removing you as affiliate (it happens to me).
I've never known that happen if the sign ups are legit.
currently, am promoting gdwbet (gdwthai) for their thai market. also they have another 2 more market coming vietnam and malaysia.
another good brand is m88 which is mansion in europe but in south east asia they are known as m88.
w88 is cool as well. however if you do seo base on their keyword, you wont be getting paid.
last but not least, Bodog (however have small support team hence continuing players might be a problem)
