Hey guys, I am doing keyword research and found a niche that doesn't make sense. The owner of the said domain owns about 300 other domains. Is it possible that he is spoofing the google monthly query numbers in order to prop up his domain for sale? Should I go ahead and buy the .co just to see what happens?
