Spoofing identifying device info when using social media apps on Android

I have two Android phones and want to use Appium to automate account creation, but I'd like to use the native app on Android and I'm assuming social media apps grab hardware identifiers, etc. How would I spoof those things? And specifically on Android, what would I actually need to spoof?
