If I want to apply to a publisher plan with sponsored tweets, which would be the conditions? I must mention that after 3-4 days I have something like 550 followers and I'm following 400. What are the minimum earnings for a sponsored tweet, for such numbers? Any examples from your experience?

Sponsored tweets are more geared towards real world celebrities. They have very good analytics (Including using klout.com) that weed out accounts like you are creating.

You are probably better off using a pure CPC twitter network.

i'm not so familiar with sponsoredtweets, i have an 58k+ followers account linked with them and i see this as opportunities, however i've never used them:

i just checked revtwt, where i can tweet CPT ads which pays based on the number of followers you have, there's 3 type of CPT ads atm, one pays 50 cents/1k followers, the other two 15 cents/1k followers
CPC ads pays around 10-7,5-5,5 cents per valid click from selected countries (most of the times these are: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Spain)

I think that CPT is better than CPC, it's easier to just tweet an ad, than hoping that someone will click on it. Do you know other reliable CPT ads providers, beside revtwt? And I didn't see anywhere on their website that sponsored tweets are geared only to celebrities...

Later edit: just signed up with sponsored tweets. It appears that the recommended price I should ask for a tweet is 0.61$, having 550 followers and over 400 followed. Is it a correct rate? Should I be paid worse than that or better?

When I used sponsored tweets in the past, I found the recommended price to be a little too optimistic. I'd experiment a bit, starting with a low price and then raising it depending on how frequently I wanted offers.

yea, CPT is better than CPC, but they have very few of them or nothing at all, idk other CPT ad provider for twitter than revtwt

your suggested price is very high (not just yours, these suggested prices are generally a lot higher than their real value), it doesn't matter if you lower that ten times or more, you still won't have any takers...your follower base is very small and it also may lack of quality

on fiverr you can buy tweets for $5 and they tweet to 100k people, or on DP you can find even lower rates

as pyronaut already said that above: sponsored tweets more like for celebs or at least for people who has a big following on twitter in the few hundred thousand range or higher
