Sponsored ads not showing in AdSense CSE

I have an old AdSense account with Search Engine ad unit but sponsored ads are not showing when I added it to my website. Is it because it got deactivated due to not being active since years?
Is there any way to reactivate it?

Also, I can see sponsored ads when I click on related searches (RSOC), which is only available to AFS enabled account. Can RSOC be used instead of CSE for the same purpose, if yes then how much do such accounts sell for?

If your AdSense account was inactive for years, Search Engine ads probably got disabled. Reactivation is tough usually better to start fresh. RSOC works but is limited compared to CSE. And selling AFS accounts isn’t allowed by Google.

Account was active but I was not using the search engine.

Hello RSOC is not working on my website, any idea why?

Sponsored ads in many CSE accounts have recently stopped displaying. There are some scammers claiming they can fix it, but I don’t think that’s actually possible. I also have an account with the same issue and tried several methods to fix it, but none of them worked.

RSOC ads come from AFS-enabled accounts, which are different from CSE setups.

As to the price of a CSE Adsense account without sponsored ads, it's a bit higher than a normal web adsense.

Your AdSense account is likely deactivated due to prolonged inactivity. You can try re-activating the changes to your login.
