Split up compilation videos in seperate video files (1,5$ per split compilation video)

Each compilation video is +/- 10 minutes and contains about 20 car accidents.
You should convert that 1 video to 20 seperate videos (1 video = 1 accident).

I know how to do this with a free video editing program, but don't have the time and energy to do this.
If someone has the time and can use the money, contact me.

It takes about 15 minutes per video & I can learn anyone how to do this.
If you don't have the software to do this yourself and need me to show you how to do this, you must speak fluent english, otherwise I can't explain it.
