I have 3 websites that have an initial splash page that let's you choose the business location. The actual home page is located at /welcome. How do "tell" Google to use the /welcome page for all the websites? These are all WordPress sites. They refuse to get rid of the splash pages.

You can place a request with Google (WMT) to have the web page removed from its index.
