The s.youtube for mobile devices don't have a referrer, but like SpK mentioned, you can add the referrer string to make it look like it came from an external website instead of mobile.
The referrer can be set to any external website, like "h**p://facebook*com", "h**p://twitter*com" or any other website, it doesn't matter what you use, the view will be counted. All view services I know of modify this referrer to make it look the views came from an external website!
To be clear, to add a referrer, the string should look like this in your http request: "&referrer=h**p://facebook*com&" (the url can be any url you want)

I have a question,the field request.Referer what should refer? in the request, traced by fiddler, I found this value.
