Spintax with GMT2

Hey guys, sorry for the stupid question, but this is my first time using spintax on GMT2 and i cloudn't see tutorial on the site about that, that's why i decided to ask here..
How should i add the text to GMT2 to work properly i structured it like this ( i would like to send 3 sentences):
{Hey|Hi|Hello}
{How are you|How do you do}
{Click here|Come here}

That's an example, how should i add them incase i want to appear each sentence on a separate line?
