I recommended WordAi.

I would not use either of them, as the content output will always be gibberish and although i don't belief the quality of the content has anything to do with your rankings, moderators and owners of sites will take down that crap instantly of they find it on their websites (think about it would you wanna have that shit on your website?) so that is why i have my own method that works great with the stickiness of my backlinks.

And i you need content for tier 2/3/4 or whatever you can just use the free version of spinnerchief and so spin to syntax, it is unique enough and it wont cost you an arm and a leg to get some content in your tiers
