Spinning tons of different articles

so I will try and explain this in the best possible way. I wrote 1 article that has some variables in it. There are several words I am adding from a spreadsheet, so I am doing a mail merge.

For example:

Here is the first sentence of the article. You want to make sure you visit <<word from sheet>> in <<city>>.

blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,<<a different word>>

blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,

so after the merge, I have all these great targeted articles with my different words in there from my spreadsheet. Well now what? How can I spin all the other text without doing it 1 at a time?
