    Question!

So far I've been spinning quality articles. What I mean by quality is they are not blatantly advertising my keywords so-to-speak. My articles make sense when they are read and for the most part the only advertising I do is at the end in my sig and that has my keyword and anchor text.

My question arises when I see some other articles on the internet that appear to be advertising keywords like CRAZY.

    Let's say I'm a shoe salesman in Miami Beach(hypothetically).

My current campaign has been spinning articles like "How to buy comfortable and affordable shoes?"

And at the end I would be like my name is XYZ and i sell:"Shoes In Miami Beach"

Would it be better If I wrote articles like "How to buy comfortable shoes in Miami Beach"

And then toss in Miami beach keywords all throughout the article?

I'm thinking with the second approach I might lose some "Value" to my articles and they end up looking like spam.

    Thanks folks.

I think first approch is best , because chances are there that your article might out rank your site if it has more keyword in it (this is a problem if some one scraped the article ) and he ends up ranking (by scraping i mean not syndication , just stealing the content form article directory with out giving you credits or link )

I think it depends on what your approach is. If you are trying to convince the reader, have a quality non spammy article would be much better. This would increase the chance of your viewer coming back. Honestly the recommended amount of keyword density is 3 percent. So just place your keywords efficiently and try to to overkill.
