Spinning Mail-Merge? Help Requested

Hey there BHW.
I have a question I hope someone here will be able to help me with. I've searched long and hard but haven't been able to find an answer
I want to create a website with spun content (I know, I know - let's not get into it ). The basic make-up of the site will be many pages with the same content spun, but each page modified to target a specific town.
Now, I have no problems spinning content - and there are many free tools out there with which this can be achieved. I also have no problems customising pages from a list of towns simply using something like mail-merge.
However, my problem is - how do I do both these things at the same time??? Is there any software that can automate this process? I have a list of over 1,000 towns (and therefore over 1,000 pages to make). I don't want to have to manually edit over 1,000 pages to fill in the correct town names, etc.

Pages would look like this:

Denver (item from list):
Blah, blah spun text, Denver(item from list), Colorado (corresponding item from list). More spun text.
And finally some more spinning with another mention of Denver (item from list).

Any ideas? Or will I have to start learning a programming language like java or something to do this?

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Noone with any info on this? Really need help if possible
