We enabled that link for a short time because the partners were not updating their software when we brought out updates, and as a result new users were not getting the correct version. However we have a fix for this problem now and the 'official' download link will be disabled once again.

Oh no!!! I guess I will stay with SC 4.2 forever then
I'm too lazy to find out what's the deal with this "partnetlink".

You don't need to find out what's the deal. You have SC 4.2. If there is an update it will update automatically.

Yeah. I'm writeing in Spinnerchief comments to Scrapebox. The thesaurus in Spinnerchief is very powerful.
