just bought TBS yesterday and it's awesome so far... easy to spin articles just highlight the word or phrase and it gives you quick choices to change it..
I actually tried SC first and it's alright but IMO tbs is where it's at... I got the $47 discount also

I vote TBS just because I have more experience with it. A buddy of mine uses SC II, but I have used TBS for so long that I guess I am just biased. 
All spinners with cloud based thesauruses have this problem. SC2 has two ways of coping with it.
1. Cloud thesaurus moderators. Anyone can apply to be a CT moderator. Mods can add and delete synonyms from the CT on the server.
2. Cloud based negs. You can 'neg' a synonym. This means that while you have negs enabled, you will no longer see that synonym for the specific word that was highlighted. In addition, negs are cloud-based, so in time, all user negs will be adopted, and all users will be able to select 'everyone's negs' when they spin.
The Best Spinner used to be best, but v.3 has many bugs, especially in the nested spin function which simply doesn't work. It is evident that Jon Leger has neglected The Best Spinner while he's pushing other products. If the program isn't fixed before my renewal date, I intend to cancel.
Ok, the only problem I'm having with spinnerchief is that after spending $100+ not too long ago I just can't believe that with the new spinnerchief 2 it seem they want you to buy a totally new license, no option to upgrade nothing. that sucks cos there should be an option for present owners of the software to upgrade for free or something of the sort

You all might want to take a look at Spin Rewriter
which on the face of it looks better than both. I've not tried it yet myself as I use Ubertoolz which is the Daddy of them all

Not sure where you got that from. All SC Elite licence holders will upgrade free to SC2. All other licence holders will be able to deduct the price they paid from the price of the new SC2.
You wouldn't expect their advertising to make it look bad would you? Seriously, try it by all means, but keep your expectations low.

That content generator isn't worth shit. All those snippets are pasted all over the web. I own AB (where those snippets come from) and when John first started he said 500 subscribers only. Then he upped it to 500+ 1000 only. Then after a flood of refunds I think the door was left wide open - I think you can still purchase it and it was suppose to have the door shut in December.
Imagine 1500+ marketers downloading 400 copies of those snippets a day. None of that content is worth shit anymore. You can take any sentence, throw quote marks around it and drop it in google and I bet it finds hundreds of copies out there.
Any spinner that can't recognize a verb from a noun in a sentence is pure junk. TBS has no grammatical capacity and if you dare try auto-spin you'll need to fix most of the suggestions. It's faster to just manually pick and choose if you are well schooled in English.
