Spinner that supports French API calls

I am looking for a spinner that supports French language and can work with the French language through API. So far I am using Spinner Chief, but it started getting on my nerves with his bugs and bad API calls.

I have also used X-Spinner, but it's more of a desktop spinner and will like to avoid it. TBS does not support French API. Does WordAi supports API calls for French language?
