Hi guys, nowadays spin posts from others sites it's good or not? Adsense can ban that?

Yes google can track it and can ban and you can waste your blog,time and energy so avoide it and always try to write real' unique and good article to attarct users. It will be good to get more traffic for your blog.

Try to avoid spin articles it is always give the negative impact to your post.
Make unique and good content if you are not satisfied with your own content try some plagiarism checkers to make it unique.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT risk using spun content on your money sites. You might be able to get away with it for 2nd tier/3rd tier links, but for your money sites it's not best to risk it, unless perhaps you're really willing to put the grunt work in to do some human article spinning i.e. proofreading, editing, etc. to ensure quality. And that still might be a risk but you might be away to get way with it then. But the best practice for your money sites is just to take the time to write original high quality content. And if you can't write it, outsource it to a reliable provider with a good reputation.
