Spinner Chief is trying to rip me off

I purchased Spinner Chief about 2 years ago , never really used it that much only on special occasions when I needed content really fast. I tried starting it up a few weeks back and got this error message " Serial number invalid or expired. I then wrote to the support team and they pretty much told me that they can't find my account and I'll have to pay for the whole thing over again!!!!!

Anybody going through the same thing? What can I do to actually get my copy of Spinner Chief back? I've called my bank and got the date of purchase, transaction ID, amount, and every thing but their still not giving it back to me. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Try to track your payment info I guess that is the only way. You can contact Payment processor support if you can't find the transaction details. Hope this resolves your issue.

I've already tried that. The problem isn't on my end it's on their's. I have "ALL" the information I used to purchase Spinner Chief, CC number, Transaction ID, Date even time. Their just claiming they can't find it.
