I have read a similar thread here comparing spin rewriter 3 vs word ai but I am interested in purchasing a spinner bu not sure which one.
But I want to know about Spin Rewriter 4 vs Word Ai

SO BHW Spin rewriter 4 vs Word AI which one and why?

I personally used WordAI before so i can safely say that it is a great spinner and you can test it out if you want. It has a 3 day free trial so it's definitely worth a shot.

If you take 5 different paragraphs from 5 different articles about the same topic for example so a spliced article, can you spin it in Word Ai to create a unique enough article to use on your money site?

This is a common question, the answer is simple, auto spinners despite doing their best to make as much sense as possible can never generate perfectly human readable content to a level that would make them ideal for money sites. So, nothing beats manually spun content or better still handwritten content for your money sites and tier one links.

As for spin rewriter vs wordai, they would both result in more or less the same thing.

I know that the quality would never be that of an actual human written article but I want to be able to spin to a high uniqueness AND readability and then manually fix each article by hand to make it look like it was written by a human

I recommend Word AI Turing spinner over spin rewriter because you can scrape content, spin it and then pass copyscape.

I've tested both and I prefer WordAI because most of the time it's good enough to use on my money sites.

If you're gonna go for a WordAI though I recommend the Turing membership.

Well you'd hope WordAI is much better because it's Turing plan costs $50 a month and Spin Rewriter 4 costs as little as $77 a year. Both have 3 to 5 day trials so I'd suggest loading them with identical articles and see if there is a big difference in quality between the 2 services.
