Hello,

After day I received skype request from Spiffydude007 and we chated. I needed service and paid him $185. He told to me what the amount is pending and asked to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours money was still pending and I asked to refund and I will get another person. He said he cant refund as money is pending and he also told to me what he called to paypal and they said what in order to refund the money I need to open dispute and cancel it ,I was skeptic and stupid and did what. After I opened dipsute he told to me what money no isn't pending and what now I should cancel dispute and he will refund. I canceled and he said he will refund when he will get back home. He said in 30 minutes he will be at home and refund. Now its three days and he is offline and I havent received money.
