Spider Tool For Grabbing Body Content, Meta Tags and Structure Only

I've got a migration project on and am looking for a tool to provide all listed in the title.

Ideally each page spidered would be saved as a text file with the page name and breadcrumbs to make it easy to work out where it sits in the site heirarchy.

Is there anything out there my genius friends here can recommend? I've never thought about doing this before until now.
