Sorry for your loss mate @Spicy Chromosomes It's painfull to deal with this type of people but that's the cost of doing this in a black hat forum. The rate is very low, but it still stings. A few years back I had a JrVip buyimg a proxy from me, use it 29 days and asked for refund in the 30th day on the reason that the proxy doesn't work anymore. Some low life, I had other things on my head at that time to open a sl, after that I forgot.

@Spicy Chromosomes You have time to challenge his dispute and win it easily. Gather all the screenshots of your conversation including :

- Delivery of your book
- Instructions provided
- Buyer not following the instructions and denying your assistance
- Include the screenshots from this thread and use it as evidence against him

I sure hope that works as PP is not a big fan of digital products... especially when the PDF is so hard to open (that part was a joke!).

But this guy is clearly a scammer or a leaker, he's trying to open a PDF with DocHub, a PDF editor, nowadays you just need to double click the file or click in a link and PDF instantly opens for you on your browser, this excuse used by the banned member is dead since 2015, lmao

some scammers never upgrade their tactics lol
 
Not everyone is technological enough to change the default software to view .pdf files (or to just right click and open the file with another software). Through the years I have met a lot of cases where people lack the most common ability to use a computer / mobile phone, sometimes it's just frustrating trying to teach them basic stuff.

This will be an unpopular opinion, but I would have refund the client (or not counter the PP dispute process). A peace of mind could be cheap sometimes.

Some people are not technological, but how many people that are not technological enough to open a PDF (which is opened by default by a browser properly) are buying an ebook about e-commerce? And from BHW..

You gave the buyer a lot more than just the benefit of the doubt.
