Sphere doesn't work for reddit? (advice needed)

Hi everyone, hope this is the correct section,

I am using Sphere to do some reddit stuff.

Originally when I made my reddit account everything was fine. But now when I log back into my account, I can't do anything on the account. I can't join any subreddits or click on anything other than my messages.

This particular account has karma and no posting violations either.

Is this a sphere leak? causing reddit to not work properly?

I tried created a fresh reddit account which I verified using a fresh gmail account and encountered the same problem.

Or is it something to do with my computer?

Would appreciate any ideas!
