Spending limit on a new stealth account

So my new stealth account is going well, made 9 sales so far banking in around 200$ of total profit. Would I be risking my account if I use the last sale until my limit hits 0/10 items?

Just verify the stealth account and you're all set to do some more selling. There are services here on BHW that can do that for you.

What do you mean "verify"? I have all my paypal information verified and its linked to my eBay account. My limits are just 10/1000$ though.
