Yep, have to be careful with financial and trading related stuff or you can get super busted. Make sure you put all the required disclaimers on your site, when confirming a sale to a user, and make sure you mark all results, even if you walk forward, as HYPOTHETICAL. I usually go a step further and state in very clear terms that the tool is for education and information only, and that by using the tool you agree NOT to trade it with any real money.

You might be just about to put half of Wall st out of work but just in case;
Work on your landing page and copy a bit more. There are plenty of idoits out
there who would buy anything forex related but your page just isn't coming
accross. Your product name, your template, your copy all look amature.
You should be able to do alot better than that with all the money you're
making.
And a link to an MT4demo account stats page? Lol, Most traders will know
trying to execute a live trade in real time is a different game than on a demo
account.

I agree - you need to work on adding more graphics to the landing pages, perhaps some screen shots of buys and sells.

Explain a bit on the theory behind your product, to engage the user - why does it work, what was your testing regimen, why you believe it will continue to work in the future etc.

The one thing you want to be careful on is making any claims of doubling accounts and the like. As soon as you say that and someone does not, they can claim fraud which is a very bad thing. Concentrate on the accuracy of the calls, why the are so accurate and then IMPLY what such a tool would do for users without spelling it out exactly. Talk about how this tool might put them on the path to financial freedom (again, very generic but sounds great), and allow them to live the life they always wanted.

Additional - make sure you state clearly that its not a get rich quick tool or method at some point on the site. Make sure you clearly state that ALL users of this product should consult a qualified financial adviser prior to engaging in any trading strategy or method with real money, and that you (owners of site, creators of software) are not financial advisors or money managers and you are not making any recommendations for the purchase or sales or any securities or currencies. Make sure you put the CFTC/NFA disclaimer for futures on your site, even if its cash forex, the leverage is still there.

Eh, few things I would really have to point out:

1) Poor salespage
2) Nonsensical Newsletter

"At university, naturally we ran into debt, taking out credit card and student loans."
People will immediately wonder: "Then why aren't you all making full use of your OWN EA to get out of debt?"


3) Horribly planned pre-release strategy.
You just pop a thread and say your product is releasing in a day time... this doesn't give affiliates enough time to help you promote effectively.
I won't be surprise if there's no affiliate sales for you.

The oldest scam in the Forex world is selling a 1 or 2 pip take profit EA on the mirad of scam brokers out there just for that pupose of fraud. I've coded many EAs and I'm curious what broker that stats page is on.? Demo im sure and guessing FXCH or Forex Swiss. Been there done that.

1. We're not particularly bothered whether our sales page looks pretty or not, yes we might make it look nicer later on, but I'm shocked you guys are up in arms about how pretty (or not) the site looks.

2. Yes, it is a demo version right now, but we're going to be launching a live version hopefully by next week at the latest, for everyone to see.

Definitely wont be able to go with DesignGuruRyan for that price. He charges a lot more for a full site, but he's got some amazing design skills.

1) If you're not bothered, you should be. The aesthetic appeal of a sales page has a LOT to do with how the site will convert. Like it or not, no product will stand on its own. It NEEDS a good sales page in order to convert well enough for any two-bit affiliate to even be interested. Why would I, as an affiliate, want to promote a product that looks like it's going to suck?
