Well there is nothing we can do about this, in Algeria there are the only ISP, use them or stay without internet !
Or switch to 4G with Ooredoo or Djezzy or Mobilis, and 4G limited to 50 GB or 100 GB ! it will end in a 1 day !

Not that big difference. I will soon upgrade it to 100 Mbps download, I don't know if my upload is gonna change.

It's not only about competition, but also about the infrastructure. I remember my city was like this just a few years ago. You guys need to raise your voice, so that your isp listens. Otherwise, it will always stay like this.

Well i have been with Djezzy 4G for about 3 months, in the day they will deliver the same net speed, it will never go more than 0.50 Mb/s but in the night like 1AM and so on when there are not a lot of people connecting, it will just go up to 20 MB/s ! and download speed in IDM will go up to 2-3 Mb/s !
Algerian ISP are just buying bandwith from other countries mostly France, not like others ISP's which create they are own bandiwth with satellites and so on !

Well it's a great idea, but who will talk ? most of people in my city are just using Facebook & Youtube they are literally paying and shutting their mouths, none of them will talk!
in the end i'll find myself alone in front of them !

Yes u are right , it's not only algeria . I guess it's all african countries but like u said we can't do nothing about it since u either have to pay or will be left with no internet.
