I used Camtasia to record that screen capture video. After I edited the video, I used Camtasia's standard video production settings which includes a video player inside of it. Most video editing software produces a single mp4 file when you are done. But Camtasia creates an entire folder of files with the .mp4 file, all the video player javascript stuff and even a basic .html page where you can watch the video.
I upload everything - including the folder to s3. Then once in s3 I set the permissions to allow the folder and all files in it to be read/write. Once that is done, anyway who puts in the url of the html file can watch the video.
