Speed of your VPS using private proxies

Hi can you please post your speedtest.net result using a private proxy? I'm getting really low speed with 0.5 mbps download and o.1 upload which terrible. Without VPS it is 5/5 mbps. Is it normal to get such drastic decrease in speed or should I change my proxy provide.

Sounds like bad proxy.

Thanks I need to change my proxy provider. I'll follow theranker's advice and go with buyproxies.org since they have servers in europe where my VPS is found. I was using USA proxies before.
