There many users that use this service.
The other person just wanted to know if this service still working.
There used to be post on here, that people checked stuff like this, but they're not here no more, that why he asking you.
It true what he said they stopped indexing links a while ago but they change their system a lot so he only wanted a heads up.
Don't need to be so nasty, you won't get far with that attitude .

As with most indexers these days, it's not an easy task to get links indexed, but you're better off going through an indexer than trying to do this manually. These days you're better off using more than just one for a higher indexing rate. I also agree with @Smeklinis in using Omega.. in fact that'd be my second choice. Not sure if anyone is having great success with an indexer other than Speed links which I know is often times recommended around here.

Omega is not perfect. But at least it indexes mostly links as from my testings, compared to other indexers for ~$10 monthly for 10k links.
Also, some links such as profiles sometimes you need to submit 2-3 times to get indexed.
And Omega is not cheap.
