Spectrocoin vcc (cardholderonline)

I have used Spectrocoin vcc ( cardholderonline ) since they start ask me for proof of passport and address I have sent them. After few days I got answer that they have accepted my passport but not accept my address than I send them again new proof of address they accepted my proof of address but not accept my passport (which was proved few days ago) than I send for about 30times and same situation...
