Specific YouTube Comment - Is that even possible?

I made a thread in hire a freelancer. But this far there was only a guy who probably tried to scam me. So, I wanted to ask if this is even possible or am I wasting my time:

I need someone commenting (with link) on specific niche Youtube videos. Then upvoting those comments between 200-2000 times. I only need under 10 comments and they are fitting to the content.

I have found no such service. Is that even something people do offer?

Yeah. The usual "Send me money as gift my PayPal is on hold." As I told him I can send him 15$ for 1 comment to see if he can do it he said I'm not even worth his time and blocked me. Sure, nothing fishy about that.

Sadly that's no reason for a ban. He will get some poor unexpecting soul one day.

mate, it's very achievable thing, if you don't care about video owners constantly banning your comments.

1st thing - why you need someone to post comments for you? Use/buy your own gmail/youtube acc (i'm sure posting 10-20 comments daily 1 comment per each video is not so hard). Because you don't find any SMM services for single custom comment, only 20 minimum I guess.
2nd thing - order comment upvotes at any decent SMM panel. Market prices are $4 max per 1k upvotes, with minimum 100 and maximum 10k order, delivered almost instantly.
