Specific Instagram Request

Hello. I have a very specific request and am looking for a freelancer to help me with this. I have a file containing a list of instagram usernames. What I need is someone who can have their bot go through and comment all of the usernames from the file onto a specific post on my instagram account from their different fake accounts. Basically I need the list to be commented on one of my profile's posts. If you can help me with this, go ahead and hit me up on skype so we can discuss further.

no bots can do it. but i can do it manually .

Manually is much too slow. I've seen accounts on instagram that are doing this technique and the comments of the users they are tagging are appearing WAY too fast for them to be doing this manually. There has to be a way.
