Specialist blog commeting service required

Hi guys, one of my sites is penalized from Google with no way back so I have no concern about damage that would be caused by mass blog commenting.
I currently do ok from this site by bringing in good traffic from many Videos I have on Youtube plus some Yahoo answers and some from Facebook pages I have created which I am currently developing further.
However I am always looking for ways to try and increase targeted traffic and was thinking the following may be a good idea? This particular site sells social media services like Instagram followers, Twitter followers, Youtube views, Vine followers/likes, Facebook likes and Soundcloud services. What I am looking for is someone who can use scraepbox to find me loads of blogs related to these niche services with low OBL. I do not care about low OBL for normal reasons it's just important so that people reading the blog pages will actually get to see my comment and link. If people have other suggestions and ideas I'm all ears. I look forward to your offers.
