I am thinking about starting a health related blog, writing about natural supplements and stuff like that. Are there special laws or rules I should be aware of? Googleing didn't help.

There are no rules in Information , just you can't sell any product .. You need license and permission for that.

How do you think someone can answer this question without knowing in which country you life and therefore which law is applicable?

The other posters just spammed some BS. Your name sounds German and here and in other European countries you can get in trouble if you give advice related to health aspects. Of course the probability is really low and with natural supplements the chance that someone dies from that are low also, but it is wrong to play it down. In health niche there is not only a legal but a huge moral responsibility, as some people are stupid enough to follow those health advices from the internet. Even if they are so stupid they don't deserve to get in serious trouble because someone wants to make quick bucks with his shitty health advice articles. Please keep this in mind when working in health niche.

haha, this might be one of the most useless answers ever on Bhw :D

however, personally i look for big players in my niche and look for special hints in the footer, look through terms and conditions and things like that.

I have never heard of any laws against it in the U.S. I'm not sure where you are though.
