Spanish link building

Hi Guys, I am new here. I am having a problem with multilingual blog commenting. I do not how to search for high pr Australian blogs and Spanish blogs on scrapebox or in google. If anybody can give me some reliable footprints or other tips to solve my problem, it would be great thing for me.

inurl:.com.au or .es should work, no? For spanish, you can even just scrape lots of Spanish keywords and then harvest the blogs you can find... then just sort by PR and comment manually. I do it for another non-english language and it works ok (not as good as Eng but still OK)
 
Spain is .es, Mexico is .mx, I believe Chile is .cl, Argentina is .ar, Puerto Rico is .pr I know there is more just search for latin america domain extensions.
 
when you are not that experienced, you better pick a link builder from the BST section
 
I have few .es links with Good PR, PM me if you need them and you can find more links by using search skills :)
