Spanish Link Building

Does anyone have any contacts or even anyone on here that offers link building on native Spanish sites?

Most of the sellers here seem to accept links to Spanish sites. But what I want is a Spanish blog, that will link to my Spanish speaking site for example.

Spanish footprint etc - as I assume this is going to the best in terms of looking natural.
