I have a german - english page which i will now translate in spanish as well.

how i can rank in countrys like spain, south america - brasil, mexico and so on.

anybody knows how to rank there ?

Same as you do to any other country. Except maybe buy a .mx or .es TLD

all my backlinking i can do with englisch there ???

i can buy one domain for all the countrys?
or each extra?
or does a xxx.es rank in argentinia as well quite good?

I suggest you to link translated pages in websites, directories, blogs and other stuff from each of these countries. It's the easiest way to rank it up by countries.

Exemple, link some mexican pages in mexican websites, link spanish pages in spain websites and so on..

You dont need different tld. Just subdomains or subfolers should do the job..

.es it's for Spain, for Argentina you should use .com.ar. Anyway I recommend you to use a .com, and try to hire a spanish writer (me :p) and just work the backlinks with some articles.

Don't listen to the guy above. A .ar can rank pretty well in Mexico, in the US and so on. For example, search for "Aprender Ingles" (a highly competitive keyword). The #1 site is a .ar in most countries.

Another thing I recommend is buying links from Spanish websites. They are usually cheaper. Lastly, I have found blog commenting in Spanish sites good also (try scrapebox). You usually only need a few hundred links to rank #1.
