Spammy brand mentions

Hey,
Recently I found a lot of brand mentions in spammy and hacked sites. The brand is near word like casino, gambling, viagra, ect.

What is you opinion on the next steps I should take. There are no links, just mentions.
Should I disavow the domains or leave them as they are?

If there are no links it cannot affect you much.... but to be safer if you would like to disavow then get on with it

ignore them. dont use disavow tool. you would be surprised number of shitty backlinks that ranked sites have for difficult keywords. those sites, had nothing to do with creating those shitty backlinks.

Non of them are domains with high DA or value.
 
if there aren't any links indeed as you say, then what on earth are you hoping to disavow here :D ?

Exactly! I was wondering what is the proper action I could take.
 
Don't stress about the spammy brand mentions. I would try and implement some type of deletion process for spam comments and stuff though.

All popular websites deal with this crap all the time, it's no biggie!
 
Maybe they are just trying to hurt your brand name by ranking those sites? Did you check the rankings?

Yes, we aregoing down on terms that we ranked for for years, but it could be the update also. Still early to say.
