Hey mate,
If you are planing to "spam" it in a decent way then you will be ok. But if you will go and kick youtube in the balls then you could have a pretty present from YT in your mail box

You would need a ton of accounts and IPs for this to work. If you tried to do 1,000,000 comments over even 10,000 accounts, which is a ton of YouTube accounts, they still would detect them as being similar and they would all be banned. Their spam detection system is incredible and you have to be very sneaky with what you are spamming so that they can not interlink the spam to get all of your accounts.
The limits to comments allowed per account makes this impossible unless you're dealing with like 100,000 accounts where you could then post 10 comments per hour, which still might be pushing it, again depending on what's your commenting and how unique they are.

Do u know anything about comments spam detection?
Do they really process every comment?
