Spamming my Website by others

Hi mates,

I have observed 50k backlinks with the keyword sitemap and 5k backlinks with keyword spam in my webmaster and all the links are diverting to my home page when I have done research on it all the pages are showing 404 error and some of them have no links to my pages.

I think some one is trying to spam my site. Requesting you to please suggest what to do. if I disavow links then he may do it again is there any permanent solution.

You can make a disavaw of those links through search console
