Spamming? Is it that Risky?

I am thinking about CPA marketing on a facebook fan page - would I be walking a thin line?

Posting a CPA offer twice a day wouldn't hurt - or would it put a target on my back?

I eat Spam every morning.

CAN-SPAM violations aren't even the greatest of your worries in the spam game. Try to get around filters without using a botnet, phished internal accounts, or anything like that and it becomes damn near impossible.

Even before CAN-SPAM I was breaking various laws just to be able to push mail out. Even before spam filters existed I was doing it to keep costs down. Once the filters came out and got more advanced it only got more and more criminal.
