Spamming Emails: Some Advice For A Newbie

Hi guys

I've recently given some thought to sending out masses of emails with my aff links in them advertising products, but I could do with asking a few questions before I start, and again please forgive the newbie-ness of some of them.

• Can I get in a lot of trouble for doing this?
• What safety steps would you take when you start to ensure that there won't be any problems?
• To anyone with experience, how have you fared with it in general?
• How many emails would you send per day?

I had a good search and couldn't find much to answer these questions myself, but forgive me if these have been asked a couple of times before.

Get a throw away prepaid card, and or course register the domain in a fake name.

Be sure to use a web based sending method behind a proxy to hide your true identity.

Be aware that some affiliate links will ban you for sending spam, so be careful there. Choose an offer that's a bullet proof as possible.

My experience is that you won't get in too much trouble, but it never hurts to be too careful. Protect yourself however you can.
