Found videos spamming the description section with lot of keywords getting lot of views

anyone working on such things?

I know spamming keywords will get warnings but want to know are there any tricks on doing such spam description

I assume that you are referring to keyword stuffing : YouTube keyword stuffing is a process of stuffing keywords in the description field in the hopes of getting ranked higher in search results. YouTube often decides to terminate accounts that are using keyword stuffing.
How do people do it ? They just do it, because they churn & burn YouTube accounts, without need to bother if any of these YouTube channels get terminated after sometime. Why do they do it ? The short duration that the video or channel is alive, is good enough for them to achieve their objective, which could for example be to drive massive traffic to some website, etc, etc, etc.
So, there is no way to keep doing it on 1 particular YouTube channel and not get penalized. However, this technique is used as explained above.

yes am referring to keyword stuffing some channel doing it for gaining views without pushing any external links

It not same as before, observed videos get lot of views in short span

It might not because of spamming alone. He might be doing other things right.

Am much familiar with keyword stuffing but this is something different

Em. Is keywords spamm working at all ? I made meme channel for test and i didn't get any sucess with it. I tried to add relevant tag with keywords and added keywords to the description but i didn't see that my videos get enough views

there is some tricks think so
video is self made not reused content, only keywords text in description no hash tags

Loading the description does not work.
Anything over 15 hashtag keywords will result in the algorithm nullifying all keywords used; so it is like having none at all.
The best results come from using 3 hashtag keywords on each video.
Multiple tagging does not make content rank higher, which is the key to it gaining more organic views as the content is suggested more to viewers.
Views and interactions are what makes content rank and gain more views; not multiple hashtag keywords in video descriptions.

Read again its not about hashtag its more about keyword stuffing both are different things

we all know more about organic ranking and here there is some kind of tricks to gain more views using multipe related keywords spammed on description
